I ordered hexagonal flooring based on a showroom display and the sample I put on the agent's desk: Tracy Murphy ordered the wrong tile; my builder picked up and installed it while I was at work. When I asked Tracy to correct her error, she rudely denied making one, despite my witness. Lauren Richardson, the Customer Service Manager, expected me to pay for replacement tiles at a "deep discount" but never confirmed the discount. Incompentence!
