Carmel Heights Seniors' Residence

Carmel Heights Seniors` Residence has been owned and operated by the Carmelite Sisters since 1952. They are committed to providing a caring and supportive environment to residents, encouraging their input and participation, with a suggestion box to promote residents participation with a forum for new ideas.

Carmel Heights has a variety of activities, including bingo, barbecues, happy hour, tea parties, celebrations for birthdays and other occasions, outings, weekly trips to the mall, and much more. Carmel Heights also publishes a newsletter with the active help of residents. Amenities include a tuck shop, meals snacks, more than 10 acres of landscaped grounds, daily Catholic masses (though members of all religions are welcome in the residence), Personal Support Worker care 24 hours a day, a library with mostly large-print books, physiotherapy, manicures and pedicures, housekeeping, and more.
