Located in the charming neighbourhood of Little Italy, I love coming here for their fabulous atmosphere and authentic Italian cuisine. I love their seafood risotto and their amazing tiramisu desserts. They have a great patio that is a great summer dining spot with upscale clientele.

This place definitely has a dim light and more upscale atmosphere - where you might take someone to impress them. The food is fusion style and the carrot ginger soup hit the spot since i was feeling a little under the weather. The fruit plate is an assortment of dragon fruits and other more exotic pieces and is appealing to the eye and mouth. Definitely italian and definitely would go back.

My experience to this restaurant during Italian Festival was a good one. The place was packed and lively, yet the service remained tip top, ensuring our food and drinks were served quick, and with a friendly smile every time. The staff worked well as a team, and none of us were disappointed with the food. I took a chance and went with grilled octopus, which was actually really good. It wasn't tough at all, and well seasoned. I had a few bites of a friends' mushroom risotto which was really good as well. Certainly a place I would return to.

I went to Coco Lezzone last week for my boyfriend's birthday. We had bought a fixed price voucher from Travelzoo for our dinner (and weren't sure what to expect since you don't always get the best service or quality of food when doing fixed price). We were pleasantly surprised to find that we could order anything on the menu (with the exception of the specials). We did find it difficult to figure out who our server was as we had multiple people attend to our table (including order taking) and were really disappointed with the portion of the rack of lamb that he ordered (2 lamb chops on the plate which is regular $34). I ordered the butternut squash ravioli which was quite nice and started with their goat cheese appetizer which was heavenly. Dessert (I had the creme brulee, and he had a chocolate cake) were mediocre. The ambiance is not as romantic as it once was (since they've done renovations). It looks like many other college street resto/bars now.

Food was good, but serving was small for hubby. Ambience was nice, but crowded.

I have been going to coco lezzone for years. The ambience is great, they have a nice little bar in the front if you want to start with a drink before dinner, and the staff is friendly, yet professional. I love coming here so much so, that a few years ago I even organized a company dinner event, for which they closed the restaurant for us. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. On my most recent visit, I had The French Martini (its a favourite of mine) and the mushroom risotto. The risotto is to die for. I would even have that dish when I wasn't a vegetarian - just delicious. The prices are a little high for my liking, but you're paying for food, professionalism and ambience.
