Raw Essentials Lifestyle is a lifestyle consulting service designed to help people lose weight and recapture their best health possible. Our services include meal planning, personal catering and delivery, and personal grocery shopping. With fees starting as low as $30 per day, we will prepare and deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner, based on our custom meal plans, either to your home or work in the GTA (initially being offered in the business district in downtown Toronto). We also assist our clients in making the lifestyle transition by providing on-going consultation, products and services.
