Gene was a true professional from the time we met him. We had previously bought and recently sold our home in Richmond Hill. We only wish we had Gene as our realtor then as well. Just moving to Cambridge he was instrumental in helping us choose an area that met with all our family requirements. Gene made my wife and I feel very comfortable and it was obvious he made sure we understood every step of the transaction. We would use Gene again and again.

"Gene did an excellent job with our purchase of our new home. He was very fleible working around our schedule. He also saved us a considerable amount of time by pre screening homes and only having us view htose that met our criteria. We also had Gene sell our existing home and were able to receive top dollar and sell our home withing days of lising it. One thing that made a big difference to us was that Gene works with us throughout the process( not just until the paperwork was signed) ensuring that all the important details were dealty with and that our home pruchased/move and sale were successful. We would certainly not hesitate to use Gene as a real estate agent int he future and woudl definetly recommend him to anyone moving in or out of the area. Sincerely, Adam Z.
