We promise you that the GATORTUF™ titaniumized finish is the most durable and scratch resistant surface available in North America. It is so expensive to use that only one other manufacturer applies it on their wood floors. We won't tell you who that company is, but we promise you that the product is more expensive than MELROSE™
The warranty on the GATORTUF™ finish is 25 years and the structure of the wood has a lifetime guarantee. What that means to you is that the surface of the flooring can be sanded and refinished up to six times, so my promise to you is that 100 years from now you'll still be thankful you installed MELROSE™
