I have dealt with Reliance in the past. You are just a number with them, the install team has no contact with the salesperson and lots of broken telephone if you have more than a just a basic job you are in trouble.

The sales people & subcontractors who did the install were great but try to upsell. BEWARE! We were not aware of the cost and detriment of having the leased furnace. The leased options are extremely expensive and if you try to sell your home you end up paying thousands of dollars to end the contract and NO sane real estate agent will agree to takeover the contract for various reasons. The upsell on the furnace does not save the money they claim and then you are stuck with payments to years and years...do your homework!

If you are having any problems with your air conditioning or heating vents, give them a call and they will come and fix the problem. They also repair and replace hot water heaters. The customer service is great - they are very nice over the phone and depending on the problem they can have someone there within a few hours for emergencies or within a day.

When I had some issues with my air conditioner one summer on a scorching hot day, I called up these guys and they came to my rescue. The service was quick and efficient and I was so grateful that they provided on the spot solutions.
