Had purchased a tuner product from this company. The owner informed me that the product will work with my xbox/windows media center. The product was defected and once I looked into it, the product doesn't work with WMC in my region - Canada. When I came to exchange the product the owner stated that their is crack for Windows Media Center that will solve my issue, but never mentioned this upon selling me the item. Even though the actual product was defected - The owner did not budge on their NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy. Even though she had lead me to believe that this would work seamlessly with my xbox/windows media center during the sale of the item. The owner of this business had failed to provide me with knowledgeable advice during my purchase and/or remotely decent post customer service. This is the first review I have ever done for any company or business, solely due to the fact that the owner, reflecting this business, does not value their customers and is only concerned about the immediate financial be

I too purchased the same product the HDHomerun from them over a year ago, it works flawlessly for my antenna to record and view HD signals from my computer, i also use xbox to view it on my TV. I didnt use any crack its flawless! Also read the reviews at silicondust there is a forum there! It is a product for use for an antenna! I have exchanged my antenna their for a different one and referred so many friends and family to save and replay! Their customer service is excellent! The products they sell are the best and advise i got made me and my friends very successful! There is exchanges on all products with the exception of Products that come with software and are sealed! I will continue to recommend them. I will also recommend the HDHomerun to all that have an Antenna and want a PVR for the antenna that is computer based it works well for me and the people i refer. I am now free of my cable bills
