It's always been interesting to me why they'd mix onion pancakes (northern china cuisine) with fish sauce (vietnamese - southern Vietnam to be exact) - from what I see, it's polar regions, way apart. It doesn't go well together either, but the pancake on its own, maybe with another concoction would be good.
