The Nutritionista

The Nutritionista opened her doors in the heart of the Dundas West and Dovercourt area of Little Portugal in August 2008. The location is no accident. Cathy Bouchard, Holistic Nutritionist is a long time resident of the area, and saw the need for a natural food store in the growing neighborhood. 'I was tired of waiting for one to open, so I did it myself', she now jokes.
Visitors to The Nutritionista will find a cozy environment, the stocked shelves featuring some of the finest names in healthy eating such as: Harmony Dairy, Pinehedge Farms, Sunflower Kitchen, Inari, Nuts To You, Oak Manor and Forbes Wild Foods. As well as natural health and cleaning products like: Green Beaver, Ecover, Nellie's Natural, Diva Cup and The Soap Works.
