The purpose of my therapy is to improve your quality of life. To this end, we can explore together what stands in your way and try to change the way this affects you. We cannot change the way the world treats us; but we can change the way we react to with the world.

Focusing Oriented Psychotherapy is my main approach to therapy. In this work, you will learn to listen to your own wisdom and end up having emotional skills to use for the rest of your life. "Focusing" accesses your deeper understanding, revealing issues which are not apparent at your usual level of awareness.)
