Community Managers

If 411.ca is a party, Community Managers are the hosts. We make sure that the party runs smoothly, greet guests by welcoming them to the community, connect people, spark conversation with blog posts and interesting links, maintain conversation by responding to reviews, and, along with other staff, help create an amazing experience for all of our guests. Much like hosts, we want to make your time on 411.ca memorable. If you’re disappointed in the experience, we want to hear your concerns so we can address them ASAP. Community Managers aren't just the face of the company—we're also the voice of our users and the customers. We understand the needs and intentions of 411.ca guests and convey those needs to company management. We are here to help you—to answer your questions or hook you up with someone who can.
