My name is Mikolaj Warszynski and I am a Polish-born, Edmonton-raised concert pianist and piano professor and I just returned home from abroad. Most recently, I have taught piano at the university level in South Korea for two years, and previously I taught at the collegiate level in Quebec, where I also graduated with a doctorate degree in music (with a specialization in piano performance) at the University of Montreal. In addition to being a pedagogue, I also enjoy my career as a pianist performer. Most recently, I have been performing piano recitals in Poland, Canada, Korea and on tour in China. My experiences abroad have enriched my cultural awareness, and I can express myself in many languages including French, Polish, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Korean.
