Let’s just get an overview of what you would do at Complete Fit Body Inc. I always ask you to come 7-5 mins early for preliminary instructions. So if you think about it I guess class is 50 mins. I Take 5 mins to go over the exercise I am giving you for that day. My main focus is form and technique, and you have an option to choose between the beginner, intermediate and advanced exercises that I demonstrate for that day. If you have a bad (knee, back, hip) or whatever may be bothering you. You can still join and feel comfortable. Injury or not don’t think you cannot do the exercise of cannot do BOOT CAMP we can always make modification making you feel comfortable and not awkward. This is why no one is allowed to become a member until a one week trial is done. Classes are 45mins long, which include a warm up, your workout that is a combination of cardio, weights, and core integrated training, built-in with a series of circuits and end with about 7 mins of stretching.
