100% ORGANIC SOAPNUTS IMPORTED DIRECTLY FROM NEPAL We offer 100% organic Soap nuts, and Safix coconut fibre pot scrubbers. What are Soapnuts? I'm glad you asked. Soapnuts are a natural product from Nepal that replaces all your cleaning supplies. Soapnuts will get your clothes clean and soft without detergents, bleach, stain removers or even fabric softeners. Our Soapnuts are guaranteed. If you use these and do not like them, simply send us an email and we will tell you how to return them. You have 30 days to try these amazing Soapnuts and see the difference in your laundry, washing machine and more. How to use Soapnuts Place 3-5 Soap Nuts in the small cotton muslin bag, tie it closed. I like to soak the soapnuts while in the cotton bag, in HOT water for 3 minutes. This gives the saponin, in the nuts, a headstart. Next, throw the cotton bag with soapnuts into the drum of your washing machine along with your dirty laundry. You will not need to add any detergent. Soapnuts can be used in hot, warm or cold water and will last on average about 5-10 washes. I have been getting 5 loads out of every 3 - 5 nuts as we have very hard water. My customers with soft water have reported to me they are getting 10 loads with the same 3-5 Soapnuts. Cold water washes work best with soap nuts laundry liquid. Alternatively, you can use 3Tbsp of liquid Soapnuts(45mL) of your own brewed soap nuts liquid detergent per load of laundry. (recipe below) How do I know when the Soapnuts are used up? When the Saponin has been used up the shells will look dark and feel soggy, at this point you can safely throw them in your compost heap. The soap nuts will be gray and dull when they need to be composted for your garden. Soap nuts are perfect for HE and top load washers as they do not create many suds! Soap nuts liquid can go in the detergent drawer To Make Soap Nuts Laundry Liquid: What you need: ? 12 -15 whole soap nuts ? 8 cups (2 quarts) water ? 1 Tbsp salt (to preserve liquid) ? 1/4 cup Borax or washing soda (optional) ? essential oil of your choice (optional) In a large pot, add the soap nuts and the water.
