Brenda Hall has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 20 years and an Aquanetics Certified Hydrotherapist (the highest level of aquatic rehabilitation in Canada) and a Rehab weight trainer for over 15 years. Becoming a massage therapist came naturally due to her athletic background and passion for wellness. Zoe Tucker, RMT Zoe graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009. Post graduation, Zoe continues her involvement with the College as a clinic supervisor. “My goal as a therapist is to promote the body’s capacity for self-healing with an integrated approach combining massage techniques, patient education, and in-depth knowledge of human anatomy.” Therapeutic techniques / Modalities: deep-tissue systemic massage therapy, active myofascial release, trigger point and myofascial release, joint mobilization and breath-awareness relaxation techniques. Shawna Herrling, RMT Shawna received her RMT diploma from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy of Victoria, BC, in 2012 and has been practicing in the Victoria area since then. Although still fresh in her career, Shawna is proud to be a RMT, she is knowledgeable and well educated in her field, and strives only for the best care and results for each individual and their specific needs. In general, Shawna prefers to use trigger point release, muscle stripping and isolytic release techniques during a treatment session, but she is very capable at adjusting technique and pressure for each client and feels communication is the key to achieving positive results. Riley Inniss, RMT Riley Inniss recently completed the 3000-hour Registered Massage Therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in Victoria, B.C. She is passionate about Massage Therapy as a way to promote an active and balanced lifestyle. She also appreciates its value in the treatment of acute and chronic injuries, especially those affecting the neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems. Riley strives to provide clients with tools to manage pain and stress in their daily lives, in order to facilitate long-lasting treatment results. Her treatments incorporate therapeutic massage techniques including Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Joint mobilizations and Muscle Energy Technique. Laurina Norris, BGS, R.TCM.P (Traditional Chinese medicine based Acupuncture) Laurina’s passion is to assist her clients in achieving their goals of well-being through her knowledge of the ancient art and science of acupuncture. She has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal and pain disorders, but has helped people with a variety of problems ranging from insomnia to digestive complaints and depression. She is also pleased to offer needle-less acupuncture using infrared laser for those who do not want needles.
