I'm a Realtor who often refers Nick as one of the professionals that I trust with my buyers, or for a pre-inspection to get a home ready for sale. What I like about Nick is his straightforward, knowledgeable assessment of the pros and cons of each home that he inspects. He gives clients a good overall idea of the scope of each issue that arises and the best course of action to remediate it, and helps to separate serious, "walk-away" type issues from those that should be renegotiated or simply acknowledged as an aspect of the property. I feel comfortable recommending him to anyone who would appreciate his high standard of service and knowledge, and I have hired him myself in the past, both for inspection and for remediation of some property deficiencies.
