Working closely with respectable home builders, our team of knowledgeable credit specialists have significant experience helping clients get "mortgage ready". We make it easy for prospective homeowners to build up a down payment while living in their home. We are here to help when the traditional way to buy a home is just not an option. HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED TO QUALIFY? The Bridge-to-Ownership program starts as a lease which requires a security deposit and your first month's rent. If you wish to expedite the Bridge-to-Ownership Program, you have the option to put money down towards the down payment of your home. Based on the optional amount you pay down; this could reduce the term of the lease. The exact amount of the security deposit, first month's rent will depend on the property type and location. The lease term is based on your optional down payment. You would not be required to put down any money until after your application has been approved. HOW LONG IS THE LEASE PERIOD? Depending on your down payment amount, if you choose to make one, the lease can be from 2 to 3 years. We also offer an Option to Extend the lease should you need more time to qualify for a bank mortgage.
