Loseto’s innovative ‘Toronto cuisine’ is devoted to seasonal, natural, local, and sustainable food from the City’s markets. Chef Loseto encourages guests to order from a five, seven, or ten course a la carte menu in order to fully explore the bold flavours and textures of his cooking. These gorgeous rooms are hidden from the public behind antique wooden doors, providing the same stunning décor and cuisine as the restaurant, but with complete privacy. They are available for daytime or evening functions, and can host sit-down events for 5 to 64 guests as well as cocktail parties from 20 to 120 guests.
