AVOID AT ALL COST! DO. NOT. MOVE. IN. HERE! The building is infested with cockroaches. Not just in the apartments itself but they are also running around in the hallways. Have asked to spray down the apartment multiple times, but still infested. The roaches are living within the walls and pipes of the complex and cannot be exterminated with just spray and gel. The walls and ceilings of the apartment and hallways are literally crumbling. Large pieces of the apartment/ hallway walls and ceilings are always cracking off. The maintenance of the building is horrendous. Always vomit or pee in the stairwells. The garbage chutes are always backed up, leaving a massive pile of garbage just on the ground of the chute room. Disgusting. No maintenance during the winter time. Caused an accident that they refused to acknowledge even though it was clearly due to their negligence. Had to pay for repairs through own pocket. Maintenance of the pool is at a minimum.
