One of the better buffets I have tried. There is a ton of variety. I don't really like to eat from the buffet dishes since they are dishes served at all typical Asian buffets but I love the sushi and the wok! You can chose from a variety of veggies and meat and then ask the chef to cook it for you fresh - in front of you. They have also a variety of choices for sauce. There are many desserts and at night, for a bit pricier - AYCE crab legs! The waiters are fast and like any other buffet try to fill you up with water. I have also gone to the Fu Lam on Des Sources, it was so salty that you couldn't eat anything without gulping down a glass of water. (probably done on purpose to fill you up faster). But I've had pretty good experiences with the one in Cote-Vertu!
