Our service is about food. You DO NOT need a personal trainer. You need a chef and a nutritionist/biohacker who knows what you need to eat. More importantly, a chef that knows how to make it decadently delicious!! We don't settle for mediocre quality. There are many things you are unaware of when it comes to your own body and how efficient it can be. Your endocrine system is your internal computing system. And when you learn how to use that computer inside and out, you will become a fat loss machine (a muscle building one too!). This program is not just a service, it's a school. We will teach you how to cook properly. We will teach you how to read and decipher food labels, and to avoid the "organic" misconception (many things are organic, but many things organic are not good for you). We will teach how to use exercise more efficiently with less time. We will guide you through the importance of supplementation.
