It was back in Grade 4, the day before picture day. Like many 9 year old's, I was convinced I was able to trim my best friends' bangs in order to give her a stunning new look! While I can't honestly say it was my best work, I definitely knew, at that point, I was obsessed/interested in beauty, fashion and style. I continued pursuing hair throughout high school and into university. My first experience in this industry was working as a receptionist at a hair salon. At this point, I knew my passion for hair was real.
I enrolled in the Fiorio Beauty Academy in Toronto, and the rest is history. I have now worked as a stylist, colourist and extension specialist for five years. I am so privileged to provide hands-on experience and be apart of various projects in the past such as Miss World Canada, Much Music's MuchOnDemand, and the Toronto Raptors Dance Pack Photo Shoot. However, one of my favourite parts of my career is the opportunity to work with my clients and take care in creating and understanding the look that suits them best. Whether this is through styling, colouring or hair extensions, my greatest sense of satisfaction and accomplishment is watching a client walk out of the salon with a new aura of confidence and gratification. This is what continues to drive me today.
