A brand New Kitchen with microwave, glass stove top elements, and high ceilings, open to the front-room looking onto the fabulous views of Greater Vancouver from the 32nd floor. Newly installed wood flooring throughout the suite with freshly tiled kitchen, bathrooms, hallways' and balcony. The building offers Free Guest Parking. You may also request a free two week Guest parking pass for any longer staying guests who are visiting you. There is an Olympic size Lap Pool with Sauna and Hot Tub plus a full Gym for your enjoyment. A Free Billiard/Ping Pong room and a meeting room is also available to you. These facilities including your security proximity card/fob for all doors. Included with your one-time orientation/move in fee of $200.00 which includes the on-site managers who are there to help you during your entire stay regarding building issues. Private Parking is also included on P2 (should you need it) if not we will deduct $60.00 from your monthly rental. An automatic renewable yearly lease is preferred, where either I the landlord or you the tenant may dissolve this contract once per calendar year, three months before it's automatic renewal date. e.g. if the start of your contract is Feb.1st then before Oct. 31st you or I could give three months' notice to end the yearly contract from renewing itself on February 1st again. As you can see I'd like a nice long term tenant if at all possible. The best way to view this suite would be to e-mail me here through Craigslist and set up an appointment. The custodian is also in the building Monday - Friday from 08:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM on Saturdays. He may also show you the suite any time, as it's available right now.
