Stop talking about it and do it! You'll be so happy you did. Hi there! I'm Alida Steele and I'd LOVE to be YOUR free Coach! Let me tell you a bit about me! I was 135 lbs when I got married. After marriage, like so many people, I found myself enjoying my husband's company and spent less and less time in the gym and being active. I complained a lot about my changing body but wouldn't commit to making any changes, at least not for long. I read a lot and slept A LOT - naps were part of my daily routine. At 164 lbs and after one year of blissful marriage, we welcomed baby girl #1 (210 lbs at delivery) and shortly thereafter baby girl #2 (200 lbs at delivery) and that post marriage body morphed into post baby body - an accumulation of 'stuff' for me to complain about! While I did get back to pre-baby weight (164 lbs) very quickly after both children, my body was not the same. There were lots of jiggly bits that I didn't like, and I was still carrying around that post-marriage weight. I lacked energy and ambition, self-esteem and confidence. When my husband began working away from home in October 2012 something finally clicked. The switch went off! I hopped on the workout train and haven't turned back. I started really small and gradually progressed. I discovered Beachbody and connected with a Team Beachbody Coach. I purchased my first Challenge Pack in March of 2013 and haven't looked back. I've changed mind, body, and spirit and want to share what I've learned with YOU. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Bachelor of Education Degree and now have a passion for health and fitness. I've landed my dream job where I can combine my two passions and help people feel better about themselves EVERY DAY! I'm now a Coach and have my own private Facebook Group and run private fitness challenge groups and clean eating challenge groups. While these are not a requirement in order for me to be your coach, I do think that support is the key to success. I encourage people to take a chance on themselves and not only change their fitness and nutrition but use this as an opportunity to learn more about themselves. With team support and encouragement from like-minded individuals, you will gain confidence, self-esteem, and increased respect for yourself. This is so much more than just fitness.
