I can only say that we are very disappointed with this company not only have we paid for a new pond pump we haven't received it. its been a month and a half since our money was taken and still no pump. we have tried multiple times to contact Jacob thru emails and all of their tel numbers, as well we have left multiple messages and no one has returned any type of communication to us FEELING RAW and wondering were we scammed out of our money. We thought we were doing the right thing dealing with a canadian company. AUG / 1 / 2019. I wish i didn't have to give it a star at all.
