The word "Asher" means "Happy."
At Asher Counselling Services, I strive to help people find balance and hope while realizing their personal definition of "happy" in their everyday lives. I offer nutrition based, holistic interventions in combination with traditional psychotherapies to help my clients manage mood disorders, ADHD and to navigate life changes. I believe that what we eat affects what we think and eventually how we feel; our food really does impact our thoughts. Problems affect everyone.
