Ottawa Pole Fitness is the first professional Pole Fitness Studio in Ottawa since 2008.
The space boasts two beautiful, spacious studios with over 2000 square feet and a total of 17 poles. Studio A on the main level has 6 spinning/static poles for small group classes, a comfy lounge where you can relax and network with your friends. Our larger group classes, workshops and parties are held at Studio B on the lower level, with 11 poles, set of 6 Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoops. Vibrant colours, wall-to-wall mirrors, party lights and a disco ball, a perfect aerial dance and fun exercise studio environment. Pole dancing is a fantastic way to lose weight, improve muscle tone, enhance flexibility and coordination, increase strength, and build endurance while increasing one's self esteem. Any woman can learn pole dancing regardless of age, size, or athletic background. We offer a high energy, sexy and fun environment for women who are tired of trudging along on a treadmill or pushing weights in a gym.
