This place is a bloody joke. The lineups are always out the door, and the staff does not know what they are doing! Constantly asking each other if the other knows how to process something.... and when I was there recently, an employee set someone up for the wrong driver's test, and they had to leave for another appointment, and come back and re-write the test again (and wait in line for another 45 min.). I will never go back here. I will drive to Calgary to avoid this place. Their staff are also very unprofessional and rude.
