Tulum Beach Tans

Their hours are clearly posted in the window. Weekdays they are slated to open at 12pm. I went there on my monday lunch hour, arrived at 12:15pm to find the doors locked and the lights off. Shortly after a young girl (seeming to have just rolled out of bed) arrived to open up without so much as apologizing for being late. I got my tan and was not asked the usual "how was it?" before leaving. (hey chicky, it's not my fault YOU were late for work). I returned today (wednesday) at 12:10pm for my tan and wouldn't ya know, DOORS LOCKED! LIGHTS OFF! This is ridiculous! i've ALREADY PAID for my tanning minutes and can't even use them because these imcompetent young girls can't get themselves up, out of bed or PROPERLY DRESSED in time to get their butts to work on time! If i hadn't already invested $80 in tanning minutes, i'd never go back! BUT i'm much too stubborn and will not let them just take my money. I've been the customer service industry for over 8 years. THAT is NOT how you run a successful business!
