I've been to Ceili's a few times and am not overly impressed. While the food is good, I don't find the staff especially friendly or helpful. They have some good menu items and the food is always cooked perfectly. The portions are generous, which I like, especially for the price.. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is nice. The location is good, but I can't see that parking would be especially easy as it is directly downtown. It's basically a bar.
