Vision North Eye Centre

I had an 11:00 am appt yesterday, Tues. May 21st. I checked in with the lady who is Office Manager. Do not know what she did with my appt after that but after sitting there for two hours, I finally got up and asked what was going on. She could not find my name in the system for today and when she brought up my file, it showed that I had been phoned at my home in Hazelton telling me i had missed my appt!!!! I was not impressed. More attention needs to be paid to clients that sit there for two hours. Especially out of towners who obviously have drivers waiting outside for two hours. I was originally to see Dr. NAGY and when I started to get mad they gave me to another doctor. Finally got my laser surgery and today my vision is full of black floaters. Would have been nice to get an apology from the office manager. Perhaps she should retire. Two years ago Dr. NAGY gave me cataract surgery which was a waste of time as vision never changed. He is doing surgeries too fast and needs to slow
