I AM VERY UPSET REGARDING YOUR SERVICE TO PURCHASE MY 18V BATTERIES WHICH I PURCHASED LESS THEN A YEAR AGO AND HAVE HAD BOTH BATTERIES NO LONG CAN BE CHARGED. I HAVE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE CALLING EVERY ONE OF YOUR DISTRIBUTORS TO REPLACE MY BATTERIES WHICH ARE (18V DC9099). A COUPLE OF YOUR DISTRIBUTORS TOLD ME THEY COULD CONVERT MY "2 DRILLS AND A SAWZALL" BY SELLING ME WITH 2 (20V) BATTERIES C/W ADAPTERS). THE COST I WAS QUOTED WAS SO HIGH. THE BATTERIES I REQUIRE ARE 2 (19V DC9099) MY EQUIPMENT PRESENTLY IS RENDERED USELESS AND WORTHLESS. I WAS QUOTE BUY ONE OF YOUR SUPPLIERS THAT THE COULD SELL ME AN "ADAPTER" AND CONVERT TO THE 20V BATTERIES.
