They did not schedule a second trip as was initially requested of them and took over a week to even reach them to receive terrible customer service while being told they can only talk to the landlord. so end result is they will be returning close to 4 weeks after the first treatment because they neglected to schedule it in the first place then took forever to finally get through to them. for a week and a half of calling leaving messages and not having my call answered.
