Don't trust what they tell you! We contracted them(in May) to do work for us(build up soil around our house and build a deck) during a specific time frame(in July), which they agreed to. We coordinated other work to be done after their job was completed. In anticipation of their start date, we cleared everything away from the area(which was no easy feat). When we contacted them(in July) to confirm that they would be coming in the next few days, we were told that they wouldn't be doing the job until the following month(August). The excuse was that they were doing work for the city(big guy), which meant, as a homeowner(little guy) we got shoved aside. Now it is too late in the season to find someone else to do this job, in addition, this has caused a snowball effect regarding other work/plans that we had in place. We now have to start this process all over again next year. Thanks for nothing Bertall!!
