CondoPro Property Management

Horrible experience with CondoPro and Jennifer Nestman. This company manages the finances for a home owner's association in Rutherford. When I sold my home I contacted Jennifer to receive a receipt for my fees as the buyer wanted proof that they were all paid up. I was told by CondoPro that they can provide an estoppel (at a fee) and also charged a rush fee to get it to my lawyer. I paid both fees as I did not have a choice. I was informed 2 months later that the estoppel was never mailed and that CondoPro has not been responding to any contact from my lawyer. I emailed and left voicemails with CondoPro and again they have not returned any attempts of contact. There is no physical office so this was incredibly frustration. I finally contacted a treasurer for the HOA who appologized on CondoPro's behalf and resolved the issue although 3 months late. Not once during the ordeal has CondoPro attempted to make this right.
