Keating Mechanical Service Inc

I too had a bad experience with Keating Mechanical. We had a new gas dryer installed. Keating claimed a new gas line had to be run for this to be completed. The costs were excessive and the workmanship was shoddy. A few months after installation, the dryer wouldn't operate. We called a Whirlpool repairman for his expertise and he found a vent problem. When the vent pipe was removed, it was completely blocked. I took the pipe to Landmark for Keating's opinion. I don't think his installer even looked at this vent during the original installation, but didn't forget to charge me for it. He told me to fix it myself. When I said that was poor customer relations, he told me to 'shut my trap and get out'. He doesn't fit in with the polite and courteous sales and service people found in this field and I would not recommend his services to anyone.
