Metro City Medical Clinic

I give this clinic 3 our of 5 stars because of the pharmacy. The receptionists could use a bit more professionalism.. The doctors well the ones I've met have been pretty good. The only thing I don't see is people coming off of methadone. I was under the impression its not suppose to be a long term solution. Not to sure if it's even in their process. Well see... The pharmacy is terrible. Its possible to have soboxone and methadone dispensed without it taking half an hour sometimes an hour wait. They usually have two pharmacists on site and they always have a bunch of the assistants on hand but they don't seem to do anything other then take coffee orders and stand around. They use a machine to dispense the medicine why the wait is so long is crazy. Kingston pharmacy could show them a thing or two. Panorama clinic however is why I choose this program instead
