Glen Creer Door Express Inc

We ordered a $5000 door from Door Express in Vancouver back in mid-November 2015. The order didn't arrive until March 2016, They completely screwed up the interior casing and despite repeated calls, they've failed to fix the issue. I contacted them today and their owner, Glen Creer's response was "I'll save myself the extreme costs that I was prepared to absorb . You will not find a specification for the casing from karolina and we were prepared to do this and it is in production, so I guess we can stop now. For heavens sake it is an interior casing, not a hole in the roof."Obviously Glen Creer doesn't care about his business, so I'll continue to warn folks away from ordering from this EXTREMELY bad business person.
