THE REVIEW ABOVE IS FALSE . We don NOT act as Court Bailiffs . We act as agent for landlords for over 25 years to get tenancy matters resolved. We have a 100% success rate . Everything we do is lawful . If a Court Bailiff is required we assign the file to Accurate Court Bailiff . This isnt the first time this guy attempted to damage our business . We had our lawyer serve a cease and desist demand on this guy . Turns out he WAS a Court Bailiff who shortly thereafter was shut down by the Attorney General and Consumer Services for juggling trust fund monies and other nefarious practices. He left a long list of victims owed countless thousands of dollars. I'm surprised they didnt arrest and jail him. I can only surmise that they did not want a public scandal as this was the only time since they privatized Sheriff Services in 1991 that a Court Bailiff was caught tampering with Trust Funds.
