Very frustrating customer service! As I was explaining the issue with my water heater (which has their sticker and phone number on it!), the person I was talking to kept interrupting me and shouting his questions when he got impatient. When I finally got my words out, he hung up on me. I appreciate that while the interaction was not ideal, he was trying to save an unnecessary visit. However, I'm a first time homeowner and have a lot of questions. Shouting and hanging up on me really lessens my confidence in the company.
