I don't usually review anything but books or movies, but I have to give my testimony to this amazing product. For whatever reason, I experienced severe knee pain for more than 2 years in my early 20's. I could not put the slightest weight on either of my knees, although one was worse than the other. Since I was quite active in sports and hiking, this was a major handicap for me. At first I thought it would get better over time, but it didn't, so I figured this was a cross I would have to bear for the rest of my life. Then I saw Nature's Triangle and decided to try the vitamins. I noticed a slight improvement within the FIRST FEW DAYS. I noticed a MAJOR improvement within a few weeks. Within a few months, my knees were back to full strength. I kept using it for about 12 months and then stopped because I felt that I didn't need it anymore. It has been about 1 year now since I used it, and my knees are still in optimum condition. Thank You.
