The beauty supply has some really great products, but they're no match to other places like Sephora. I've purchased two Chi straighteners from them altogether, and when both of them broke before the warranty was up, they actually refused to do anything about either straightener. They're very difficult to deal with when you have problem products, but otherwise they're a decent store. They sell one product called Uans Creme, which is a conditioner I've been using for most of my life. Not sure of another vender of this product so I'm forced to return semi-often! All in all, this place has some really great products, but really horrible store policies.
