The Unemployed Help Centre is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to meeting the needs of the unemployed; economically challenged in the Windsor; Essex County area since 1977. We are a community-based agency, governed by a Board of Directors. We are funded through federal, provincial, and municipal government grants, United Way, and private donations.

Certifications and associations
PLEASE NOTE: Windsor is open on the 2nd Saturday and Belle River the 4th Saturday ONLY. Belle River is also only open on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday Evening of the month (4:00 - 7:30 pm).
