I am new to yoga, and at first, I was hesitating to join since I thought this place was aiming at more experienced people. To my surprise, Rama Lotus offers a variety of yoga classes every day and welcomes beginners to advanced people. I feel welcome every time and the teacher always takes the time to explain what the type of yoga I sign up for is about, what are the origins of it, how everyone can benefit from it, etc. Personally, I like Kundalini yoga classes and the gong relaxation sessions. This place is simply for everyone!
