Napa Auto Parts

I have had many bad experiences with this Napa, one parts guy in particular. I have been told that a special brake line fitting that I had one of didn't exist then as I proceeded to leave he accused me of stealing the fittings that he tried to sell me. Another instance was telling me that they do not sell wheel bearings for a 2003 saturn l200, so I left got the part number online and got a female to call about and of course its in stock. The last occurance that just pisses me off is, I just called with the part #'s off of their Canadian website for a cam and lifter set KC-1106R(look it up yourself) and was told by the same guy from the first two instances that I must not have a napa part number or I must have a number off the US website. The funny part about it is that I called the Mississauga location and had no problems with the part numbers I had or the service. So to some it up I have no problem with Napa but for some reason every time I go I get this useless {expletive} for help.
