Executive Chef and owner Bill Bountas prepares and oversees what is executed from the kitchen. He opened Gabriels in 1996 with a history of fine dining experience from Toronto, South Florida and the Caribbean. His vast knowledge is extensive with a variety of many different flavors.
Bill had a vision of what he wanted "Gabriels" to be, so he searched for a well-experienced culinary team to work beside, so he could learn and grow from each team members expertise. With a background in nutrition, the Gabriel's culinary team can accommodate special requests and diets, while offering their knowledge for the creation of low fat dishes. Bill chose this specific location for "Gabriels" to be able to offer to his patrons a DownTown experience in the West End at reasonable price without compromising quality. Gabriels offers only the best fresh seafood and USDA ANGUS beef allowing you to have a culinary experience you won't forget! The patio is surrounded by large, full, mature trees. You will have the entire restaurant and culinary experience while enjoying the warm weather months. With approximately 70 seats available on the patio it is protected with trees and umbrellas if your desire is to be sheltered from the sun. The patio is open for lunch and dinner offering a full menu. In the later hours the patio is lite with tasteful lights making the night complete creating an ambience you won't forget.
