One of the best people watching sites in the West End. They have great hot chocolate. Occasionally, they have a caramel cake that is just decadent. Everything is reasonably priced. You can get coffee and a great desert for under ten dollars. The staff is friendly and efficient. You can sit there for hours, reading the paper or just staring out the window and no one will bother you. It is a busy place especially on weekends but definitely worth a stop if you're looking for an alternative to Starbucks.
