I had to get an alternator for my car and really didn't know where to go. I don't know alot about my car or repairs, and as a woman, I kind of expect to have to pay more for my ignorance, unfortunately.Well I was very when I discovered NAPA. I was treated fairly and not as someone who knew nothing and was a good cash cow. They explained what I needed and why and where to go to get the repairs done. It didn't end up costing me as much as I had mentally budgeted for so was very pleased. Next time I have a problem, I'm calling them for advice and will tell my friends to go there. I like a nice surprise and Napa was just that.
