We called this company today asking to set up a bouquet of flowers with a card congratulating my Boss for opening up a second new Business , We asked this company to write " Congratulations Nick and Jodi , To the girls at the Davies location, from the girls at the south surrey location. These idiots wrote congratulations Nick and Jodi , to the girl at Davies, from the girl from surrey . This is not what we asked for at all , We repeated over the phone to them at least 4 times what to write down , and they still sent it written incorrectly. when we called back to let them know about there mistake , they were very rude over the phone blaming US for saying it wrong , and asked if we wanted $5 off , or if they should pick back up the flowers and refund our money. They said this very rudely , and I am not happy with the service at all for the price we had to pay. Horrible service. Go else where
